This process will unlock T-Mobile devices that use the DEVICE UNLOCK APP ONLY to be used with other GSM networks. Time Frames are estimates but sometimes there could be a delay depending on the IMEI. Please use our contact form if you have any questions about your unlock and we will be happy to assist you.
Launch the “Device Unlock App” to check status
1. If you receive “Not Eligible for Unlock”, please proceed and submit your IMEI # for processing.
2. If you receive “Communication Error” or “Server not responding, please try again later”, DO NOT submit your order as it is not supported for unlocking (no refunds will be provided for any orders submitted with either of these error messages)

After you have been notified that your unlock is completed follow these steps to finish the unlock on your device:
Open up your applications
1: Select Device Unlock.
2: Press Continue.
3: Press Permanent Unlock
Once devices states unlock has been completed, restart the device to finish the process.
